Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa is the only hotel property in town with mineral hot springs right onsite, and as non-guests are not allowed, when you book a stay here you’ll enjoy exclusive access. This landmark British Columbia resort hotel that sits on the picturesque shores of Harrison Lake has been attracting travelers for over 130 years, not only to soak in the five mineral hot pools, but to enjoy the ultimate hideaway, with a stay in a cozy cabin or guest room with homey Pacific Northwest décor, and enjoy activities that include everything from fishing and kayaking to nature tours and bumper boats.

Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa is situated along the southern banks of Harrison Lake, 90-minutes from Vancouver by car, and about a half-hour’s drive from Chilliwack in southwestern British Columbia.

There is a total of 342 rooms, all featuring:

Cottages – The cottages are stand-alone wood-logged bungalows near the Miami River and include spacious one- or two-bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each bedroom as well as a separate living room with a gas fireplace, a sofa bed and a bathroom. Each cottage also has its own patio chairs and table on the adjacent lawn area.

East Tower Rooms – The East Tower Rooms overlook Harrison Lake and offer views of the water, Mount Cheam, Bear Mountain or Harrison Village. Each room is air-conditioned and includes floor-to-ceiling windows with private balconies, and either two queen-size or one king-size bed along with free high-speed Internet access.

 

 

 

West Tower Rooms – These poolside rooms are steps from the hot springs and include a balcony or patio that sits over Harrison Lake. They include air-conditioning and free wireless high-speed Internet access along with either one king-, one queen- or two-double-size beds.

West Wing Rooms – The West Ring Rooms are located on the quieter, west side of the resort overlooking Harrison Lake. They include two queen-size beds, a desk and seating space in addition to all standard amenities.

Main Hotel Rooms – The rooms in the main hotel, the oldest building on the property, dating back to 1926, include a choice of either one double-size bed or one-double plus one twin-size bed, along with windows that open for fresh air and ceiling fans (no air-conditioning), a dining table and chairs and bath amenities.

Main Hotel Suites – The suites in the main hotel include the Junior Suite which features a queen-size bed and sitting area with sofa bed, wingback armchairs, a coffee table and end table as well as a ceiling fan, and the Family Suite, which features one queen- and two twin-size beds, a TV and ceiling fan in each room and one bathroom.

The property hosts four restaurants onsite, including The Copper Room for dinner and dancing; the Lakeside Café overlooking Harrison Lake which serves breakfast and dinner, including a breakfast buffet (not included in room rate); Miss Margaret’s, which serves coffee and snacks to go; and, Islands Bar, serving a menu of appetizers and cocktails in the lounge or on the outdoor patio in the summer.
