Day 1

Toronto

Arrive in Toronto and pick up your car rental from the airport. Make your way to your gorgeous downtown hotel, Le Germain Hotel Toronto and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. How about exploring Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market or see the views from the CN Tower?

Day 2

Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake (82 miles)

Enjoy your breakfast this morning (included) at Le Germain Hotel, before journeying southwards, following the picturesque route alongside the Niagara Escarpment. As you travel through the orchards and vineyards of the Niagara Peninsula, you may wish to stop at some of the small villages and communities along the way before arriving in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Arrive at Pillar and Post Inn, which features a luxury spa, saltwater and hot spring pools, six-acre garden, fine dining, and wine bar. Explore vineyards and historic neighbourhoods by bicycle for an unforgettable experience.

Niagara-on-the-Lake to Algonquin Park (249 miles)

The journey to Algonquin Park passes through some of Ontario’s most scenic landscapes, shifting from pastoral wine country to the rugged wilderness of the Canadian Shield. Departing from Lac Édouard, you’ll follow a scenic highway tracing the Saint-Maurice River’s shoreline. Journey northwards to Lac Saint-Jean, a vast inland sea fringed by charming villages, including the enchanting Val-Jalbert Historic Village. Finally, arrive at Ste-Rose-du-Nord, perched on the cliffs overlooking the Saguenay Fjord where you will check into Exode en Nature.
